About
Down the Rabbit Hole is a site dedicated to helping New Zealand SMEs navigate the rapid technological changes we are experiencing, including AI, automation, data platforms and evolving digital ecosystems. It exists to share practical insights, ideas and guidance so we can all adapt, compete and thrive in a fast‑moving digital world.
My name is Mark, and I am a marketing technologist with over 30 years’ experience. I created SmartWebsites to help New Zealand SMEs access the kind of structured, integrated digital capability typically found in larger organisations. Through SmartWebsites, we build, host and maintain WordPress websites, integrate CRMs such as Salesforce, and connect marketing platforms with Microsoft 365 and other productivity systems, applying corporate-level experience in practical, commercially focused ways that support sustainable growth.
